The Copper Phoenix Deposit Policy:
Thank you for your decision to book with The Copper Phoenix, we’re excited to work with you! In order to provide the best experience possible to all of our clients, a non-refundable design/booking fee is required for all clients. This can be paid via emailed invoice if your consultation is virtual or by cash/credit card if your consultation is in person. No design work can be started until this is received! Upon payment of your deposit you agree to the following:
This amount is deducted from the total cost of your tattoo, if your tattoo requires multiple sittings, it will be deducted from your final session.
Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the total design fee amount, no exceptions.
Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the total design fee amount, no exceptions.
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice and will allow you to reschedule your appointment up to 3 times. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or more than 3 times can result in forfeiture of your design fee at artists discretion.
Design fees are non-refundable and not transferable.
Once a concept is agreed upon, revisions that cause the design to be altered significantly (more than 25%) may incur additional design fees at artists discretion.
Note: Each artist in our studio handles their own booking and may have policies that supercede the above. Please be sure to check with your artist at booking.
